If your stand has a raised floor, you should keep in mind that some of your visitors may be wheelchair-users. Just imagine a ‘hospitality’ stand with a raised floor and no ramp! You still come across them and there is simply no excuse.
It can be forgiven if your stand is small and intended as a kind of ‘show-box’.
But, a stand designed with the idea of drawing visitors inside and not having a ramp to access the raised platform, is a definite no-no. Make the ramp just as fancy as the rest of the stand. If you see a wheelchair user looking for the access to your stand, gallantly show him/her the way in.
Unfortunately I see it all too often; a stand with a merry ambiance and someone in a wheelchair trying to see whether or not they can actually join in.
