Registration Fee

Registration fees refer to the full package of the 3-day onsite attendance at the UFI European Conference on June 11-13, 2024, in Zurich, Switzerland.

European Conference fees include: 

• Welcome Reception on Tuesday June 11
• Networking Dinner on Wednesday June 12
• Networking Breaks and Lunches on June 11 and 12
• Sightseeing Tour on Thursday, June 13
• Post-event access to all sessions' recordings
• Event Directors Summit on June 11 (only for Event Directors registered for this session)

Accompanying Person registration fee:

315€ (excl. VAT) includes:

Payment Methods

Use the registration form to pay online with a Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard.
Pay through an international bank transfer; details will be indicated on your invoice.

All fees must be paid before the event within 10 business days of submitting the registration form to secure registration. Only participants who are fully registered with their registration fee paid will be authorised to attend the conference.

Cancellation And No-Show Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to events@ufi.org. 

• Cancellations made before or on 12 April 2024 will be fully refunded.
• For any cancellations as of 13 April 2024, 100% cancellation charges will apply.
• Any no-shows will be charged 100%.

If participants register before the event and have not paid the registration fees at the time of the event, they expressly agree to pay the registration fees in full, even in the case of non-attendance.

Replacements

If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.
